A polygon layer of precincts created for the Wellington City Council District Plan.

A precinct spatially identifies and manages an area where additional place-based provisions apply to modify or refine aspects of the policy approach or outcomes anticipated in the underlying zone(s). The precinct boundaries in the Wellington City Council District Plan include:

MRZ-PREC01 - Character Precincts

PORTZ-PREC01 - Inner Harbour Port Precinct

QUARZ-PREC01 - Kiwi Point Precinct

GRUZ-PREC01 - Makara Beach and Makara Village Precinct

GIZ-PREC01 - Miramar/Burnham Wharf Precinct

MRZ-PREC02 - Mt Victoria North Townscape Precinct

PORTZ-PREC02 - Multi-User Ferry Precinct

MRZ-PREC03 - Oriental Bay Height Precinct

CCZ-PREC01 - Te Ngākau Civic Square Precinct
