Description: This dataset was created for the Wellington City Council State of Housing report.<div><br /></div><div>It is a square polygon grid at 250m resolution.</div><div><br /></div><div>LINZ <a href="https://data.linz.govt.nz/layer/105689-nz-addresses/" target="_blank">NZ Addresses</a> were filtered to exclude non-physical addresses and known non-residential addresses in Wellington City.</div><div><br /></div><div>The grid is used as a proxy for residential built-up areas.</div><div><br /></div><div>Wellington City Council provides no guarantees of this dataset's quality, or it's persistence beyond the purpose it was created for.
