This layer has been created from authoritative data provided by Wellington Water. Flood modelling data is supplied to the best of Wellington Water's knowledge. Further data changes to these layers were recommended by the IHP in their decision report.

Summary of Data Collection (Data only):

Stream Corridor generated using a buffer of 5m either side of open channel stream centrelines. Outputs were validated by field work, aerial photos and as-built plans.

Overland Flow generated using depth and speed results from the Wellington Water hydraulic flood models for WCC catchments, along with engineering judgement. Overland flow paths represent the predicted path of stormwater as it flows over topography.

Inundation generated by Wellington Water using depth results from the hydraulic flood models for WCC catchments.
