Service Description: 2006 Communities at Risk layer from the Oregon Department of Forestry. A community at risk is defined in the Rogue Valley Integrated Community Wildfire Protection Plan (2019) as a “geographic area within and surrounding permanent dwellings(at least 1 home per 40 acres) with basic infrastructure and services, under a common fire protection jurisdiction, government, or tribal trust or allotment for which there is a significant threat due to wildfire.
