Description:

This data contains the subdivisions for the City of McKinney, Texas. The initial boundary lines for the subdivisions are drawn during the addressing phase when addresses get assigned. This is typically done after the Record Plat has been approved and a development permit has been issued for the subdivision. The boundary is adjusted to align with the parcel lot lines once CCAD has the parcels drawn in.
