Building Permit records extracted daily from the IBM mainframe source records. The geoprocessing tools geocode all records based on folio to the property records. Please note, since the building permit data can contain information on new developments, there will always be rejects in the geocoding process as there is always a lag between the time new developments are entered in the Building Department's database and the time when the same information is available in GIS. Eventually new permits that have previously been rejected will be properly geocoded within this process.
