Description: Properties subject to rent stabalization ordinance (RSO) located within the medium to high density zones within Council District 13, Los Angeles, CA. Additionally, the properties identified in the map qualify for increased density through the City of Los Angeles' Transit Oriented Communities incentives, due to their location within 2640 ft of a light rail station. These properties have been identified as susceptible to redevelopment under California's Ellis Act. The Ellis Act is a state law that allows landlords to demolish RSO properties and replace them with new properties priced at market rate.
