This data was produced by Bexar Metro 911 dispatch unit to locate emergency calls throughout the county.

Road Classification (ROAD_CLASS)1: Public Roads, 2: Proposed Public Roads, 3: Private Roads, 4: Proposed Private Roads, 5: Farm to Market, 6: State Highways, 7: Proposed State Highways, 8: US Highways, 9: Interstate Highways, 10: Access Roads.

5, 6, 8, 9 = Major_Roads

1, 3, 10 = Minor_Roads

2, 4, 7 = Proposed Roads

Two fields (LEFT_PCT, RIGHT_PCT) were added in June 2017 to accommodate a request from the BCSO (Tyler/Brazos System) to determine precinct jurisdiction per citation address. BM911 split street centerlines where appropriate. Streets with LEFT_PCNT or RIGHT_PCT designated as "TDB" are currently under review by BM911. Streets outside (or partially outside) the county, do not yield any information (exception: W FM 2790 required verification if southbound lane is Bexar County or Medina County jurisdiction). The information is at best estimated, since precinct lines have topological errors and no legal descriptions are available. Highway and major roads with multiple one-way streets were considered completely within their adjacent precint.

In December 2017, new fields were added (from original BM911 data): MSAG_NAME and STNAME_ID.
