Description: This linear feature layer is derived from the Caltrans PRSM (Project Resource and Schedule Management) database, and represents locations of Caltrans North Region (Districts 1,2 and 3) projects in various phases. This feature layer is intended for use within the North Region Project Viewer Dashboard web application (hosted on ArcGIS Online, D3). PRSM project phases to phases for the Project Viewer are as follows (format: PRSM phase = Project Viewer phase): PID/Pre-PID = Planned, PAED or PSE = Programmed, Construction = Construction, Closeout = Complete, and any project designated as a Maintenance project will be assigned to the Maintenance phase. Additionally, any emergency projects will be labeled as 'Emergency Project.'The original PRSM source data have been queried and adjusted in order to fit the needs of the current Project Viewer Dashboard. Archived projects as well as projects that have a been completed for more than year are not displayed within this data. Data is updated on a monthly basis, as it becomes available through the PRSM database. If this data is accessed via ArcGIS Online, it is a hosted feature layer. Otherwise, it is a geodatabase feature class.
