Service Description: The source for the district boundaries was the Caltrans County Map Series. The district boundary definitions are primarily based on the county boundaries. The linework for this coverage was derived from the county layer in the Teale GIS Library. When a district boundary deviated from the county boundary, the district boundary was digitized from the Caltrans County Map Series.
