The boundaries in this feature class are the property boundaries determined by the Collin County Appraisal District. It is updated on an as needed basis whenever there is a replat. The addresses in this feature class are the same addresses as the permits, not necessarily the Collin County Appraisal District address.

There is a field called 'CLandUse' that represents the current land use for that parcel designated by the Planning Department.

It is in a relationship with Parcels__ATTACH table for photo attachments.

This feature class is utilized in Cityworks as a reference layer.
