Display Field: EASTING

Type: Feature Layer

Geometry Type: esriGeometryPolygon

Description: This feature class includes the hazard risk score and hazard vulnerability score for all 12 hazards identified in the 2016 Louisville Metro Hazard Mitigation Plan. All hazards have a risk score for each 100-meter grod cell based on occurrences and geographic extent of hazard prone area. All scores are based on a 0 to 1 scale with the areas with the most risk having a score of 1.00 and the areas of least risk having a score of 0.00. Remaing cells are scored based on where they fall within the scale and are not a simple ranking. Each of the hazards also have a vulnerability score. This score is calcualted bey combing the composite exposure score with the hazard risk score. Cells with high levels of exposure and high levels of risk will have high levels of vulnerability. Similarly, cells with low levels of risk and low levels if exposure will have low levels of vulnerability.
