Description: The Sequoia Tree Inventory (STI) created in for National Park Service sequoia groves is the basis that the Observed Tree Inventory (OTI) follows for identifying additional trees on NPS lands and all other grove areas across the SEGI range. OTI points are derived from field observation, GNSS data, and image interpretation. The spatial distribution of the OTI points informs the delineation of Grove boundary line work.
