This survey is intended to record sightings of Loggerhead Shrikes and re-sightings of banded shrikes to complement nest monitoring survey data. Tracking non-nesting movements may provide insights into habitat use, dispersal, and core use areas. This information can then be used to target management efforts designed to mitigate Loggerhead Shrike declines.
