Service Description: This Web map contains location information from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory showing details of where Level 1, Level 2, and DC Fast Stations are located as of December 2023. Additional buffer layers are included to show the differences in the Tesla versus non-Tesla network as well as comparing the number of station that have 8 or less vs more than 8 ports at each public station that indicate 24 hour availability. It also includes multiple layers that contain US Census information from ACS 2021 5 Year Estimates for commute, income, and electricity cost variables to help in identifying areas where certain demographic factors may lead to earlier EV adoption and the need for more fast charging or workplace charging stations.
