        <idAbs>&lt;div&gt;For the fiscal years 2019 to 2022, monthly demand-response passenger trip information of the community transit systems (CTS) in North Carolina was obtained from the &lt;a href='https://itre.ncsu.edu/' target='_blank' rel='nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer'&gt;Institute for Transportation Research and Education&lt;/a&gt;. The trip information includes the number of passenger trips, hours and miles of operation, trips per mile, and trips per operation. Furthermore, the number of passenger trip information is available for three funding types: Non-contract (i.e. serving the general public), Medicaid-contract, and Other contracts (i.e. trips carried for other human service agencies).
