        <idPurp>The Transit Access by Census Tract layer depicts a choropleth map, which estimates the percentage of residents by census tract living within 0.25 mi. of a bus stop. Additional estimates are provided for other transit agencies serving Fairfax County.</idPurp>
        <idAbs>&lt;div style='text-align:Left;'&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;The Census Tract Population Near Bus Stops and Rail Stations layer was created for the &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href='https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/data/strategic-plan-dashboards' style='text-decoration:underline;' rel='nofollow ugc'&gt;&lt;span style='text-decoration:underline;'&gt;&lt;span&gt;Strategic Plan Housing and Neighborhood Livability Dashboard&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;
