This layer contains the definitive boundaries of Fairfax County's: Urban Center, Suburban Centers, Community Business Centers, Transit Station Areas, Industrial Areas, and Large Institutional Land Areas as defined in the Concept for Future Development map that appears in the Comprehensive Plan Area Plan texts. THIS LAYER HAS BEEN UPDATED TO MARCH 6, 2018, to include boundary changes in Plan Amendment 2017-07, which added Lincolnia CBC.
