The LandMgmtPlanPolygon feature class contains polygon corporate data which depicts Forest Plan land management allocations. Look in the table for the field - Management Description to see what each of the numeric codes mean. Management Allocation 14 is scenic viewsheds. Management Allocation 15 is timber/wildlife/fish - this allocation provides for management of forest vegetation to produce timber and maintain and/or eenhance fish and wildlife habitats. Allocations 14 and 15 do not have a spatial component but are referenced in the forest plan. The Northwest Forest Plan (NWFP) allocations are included here. This feature class is a product of the Pacific Northwest Region Coverage to Geodatabase Conversion Project in an effort to standardize data throughout the Region.
