Description: In 2012 Assateague Island National Seashore continued to survey shoreline position as part of its Geomorphologic Monitoring program. This file presents the results of the Summer 2012 (July) survey, and contains the Maryland, Ocean-side survey area. Some gaps are present due to high volume of visitors on the beach, especially in the day-use areas of the developed zone.
