Note that this was edited to reflect known corrections.

This feature class is used to draw owership shading along boundary using offset feature of Cartoraphic Line Symbol. Data are also used to draw interior boundary lines but results in anomolies where coincident features are drawn (for example state park boundary and national park boundary coincidence).
