Description: This feature dataset depicts the 235-mile New England National Scenic Trail (NET, NPS NEEN) which traverses both Connecticut and Massachusetts. This premier hiking trail connects from the Long Island Sound in Guilford, CT to the MA/NH border. This centerline feature combines the work of the Connecticut Forest & Park Association and the Appalachian Mountain Club. A single polyline feature was created using datasets developed for the individual states of Connecticut and Massachusetts.
