Description: This survey is intended to gain an understanding of fish population dynamics and angler use patterns throughout the park. If you have fished only one particular section or segment of a single stream or stream reach then only one creel survey should be submitted. If you have fished multiple locations or on significantly different sections of a stream please submit a creel survey form for each geographically distinct location where you have fished. Geographically distinct would be considered where you have had to pack your fishing gear and drive or hike some distance to get to your next fishing location. This form is not intended to be submitted for each geographically similar location on a single stream reach. This survey consists of several questions which allow you to choose from a list of values to answer the question. At the bottom of the list of questions is an interactive map that allows you to click on the map to indicate where you were fishing in relation to the answers you have provided. You can use your mouse to zoom and pan around the map. Your mouse wheel or "swipe" feature on your mobile device will also allow you to zoom in and out. It is not necessary to click exactly on the stream (blue line), just click the location pointer in the approximate location of where you fished.Paperwork Reduction and Privacy Act Statements: The National Park Service is authorized by 54 USC 100702 to collect this information.
