The data set includes GSA-owned and leased buildings. Specific information on each of GSA’s properties is provided: location code, owned or leased status, if leased, date lease starts and expires, GSA region, street address, city, state, zip code, latitude and longitude, building rentable square feet, available square feet (vacant space), congressional district, senator and congressional representative. The map tool provides 4 predefined searches: property by senator or representative (GSA-owned, leased or both), state or congressional district (GSA-owned, leased or both), lease property search by geography, lease expiration or available space, and owned property search by geography or available space.</span></span>
