20171026143457001.0TRUE<div>The files, soilmoisture.e00 and soiltemp.e00 were prepared from ArcINFO 8.3 polygon coverages at USDA-NRCS NSSC nsscgeo SUN workstation on 7/24/2003.  The original arc polygon coverage called soilclimate.e00 was prepared by USDA-SCS National Cartography and Geographic Center, Ft. Worth, TX and received at NSSC in 1994 on 8mm magnetic tape.  The files soilmoisture and soiltemp were prepared from soilclimate using the Arc dissolve command.  </div>nrcssoilstemperatureusaPrepared by S.
