Rebuild permit status by parcel within the 2017 Sonoma Complex Fire perimeter, updated daily. Where there are records for multiple structures within a parcel, there are multiple records per parcel (i.e. duplicate APNs within the database).

Where there are records for multiple structures within a parcel, there are multiple records per parcel (i.e. duplicate APNs within the database).</div><div><br /></div><div>Fire Rebuild Permits exported from Permit Sonoma Accela database. Output from Accela is managed by SQL procedure run daily to produce table: dbo_PS_RPCDashBoard. This layer is created daily with FME, by Joining CDR Parcels feature layer service to dbo_PS_RPCDashBoard (Joining on APN) and overwriting this feature layer service with that Join output.</div><div><br /></div><div><div style='font-family: "Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size: 16px;'>FME converts Parcel_Center (formatted as Latitude, Longitude) to introduced Latitude and Longitude fields. Permit points are plotted in the feature service based on the derived coordinate fields. ArcGIS Online assumes dates in the uploaded table are in UTC with 0 offset, and converts them to local time. Since dates in the SQL table are actually in Pacific Standard Time, the FME model adds 8 hours to all four date fields to convert them to UTC-0. In this way, ArcGIS online converts the dates from UTC-0, back to Pacific Standard Time.
